These terms apply to the website itself; any construction project we perform for you is governed by the written contract signed for that project, which controls if there is any conflict with these terms.

2.Our Services

HammerTime General Contracting provides residential and commercial services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including roofing, storm damage repair, remodeling, exterior services, water mitigation, restoration, and general construction. Details about our services on the website are informational; the scope of any actual work is defined in your signed contract.

3.Estimates & Online Tools

• Free estimates: estimates we provide in person or over the phone are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. They are not binding quotes, and final pricing is set in your written contract.
• Online roof estimator: our online estimator tool provides a rough, instant range based on typical DFW market pricing and the inputs you provide. It is a convenience tool only — it is not a quote, a bid, or a promise of price, and it is no substitute for an on-site inspection.
• Accuracy of your inputs: estimates and tool results depend on the accuracy of the information you give us.

4.Insurance Claims

HammerTime documents damage, provides inspection reports, and guides homeowners through the insurance claim process. We do not file, negotiate, or manage insurance claims on your behalf, and nothing on our website or in our communications should be read as legal, insurance, or coverage advice. Your insurance policy and your carrier control what is covered — you are responsible for your claim, your deductible, and your coverage decisions. We're happy to advocate alongside you every step of the way.

5.Projects, Scheduling & Changes

• Scheduling: start dates and timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permits, inspection schedules, and other factors common to construction work. We will communicate with you as schedules evolve.
• Changes: changes to scope, materials, or specifications must be agreed in writing (a written change order) before the additional work is performed. Change orders may affect price and timeline.
• Site conditions: you agree to provide reasonable access to the work area. Hidden conditions discovered after work begins (for example, underlying damage revealed during tear-off) may require a change order.

6.Payment Terms

Payment schedules, deposits, and financing options are specified in your written contract. For insurance-related projects, the amount your carrier pays, your deductible, and any supplements are between you and your carrier — you remain responsible for the contract price to the extent it is not covered by insurance. Late payments may accrue late fees where permitted by law and set out in your contract.

7.Warranties

Workmanship and material warranties for your project are stated in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties (for example, on roofing systems) are provided by and through the manufacturer according to their terms. This website's descriptions of warranties are summaries only — your contract and the manufacturer's warranty documents govern.

8.Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to use our website in any way that: violates applicable law; attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrapes, harvests, or republishes our content without permission; interferes with the website's operation; or misrepresents your identity when submitting forms.
